A simple way to apply for our safe and supportive living communities
Part 2: Your Health and Recovery
Knowing your history helps us provide the best care for you. We keep your answers private and treat you with respect.
Part 3: Safety and Community Rules
To keep everyone at Turning Points Homes safe and healthy, I agree to follow these important rules:
• Home Curfew: I will be home by 10:00 PM every night unless a staff member says otherwise.
• Safe Space: To keep our home safe and private, visitors are not allowed on the property. I can meet friends and family off-site.
• Healthy Living: There is a zero-tolerance policy for drugs or alcohol inside our home and on property perimeters.
• Kindness and Respect: We do not allow any fighting, threats, or hurtful words toward others. Zero tolerance for verbal abuse, name calling, swearing towards staff and residents.
• Care for Property: We take care of our home; theft or damaging property is not allowed. Zero tolerance for any property damage of Turning Point Homes, if damage is caused you will be financially responsible and liable to fix it.
I understand that following these program rules and community guidelines is necessary to stay in the program. I acknowledge if I don’t follow the program’s rules and community guidelines, I will be discharged from the program.
These steps help us create a peaceful and supportive home for everyone.
