Take the First Step
Whether you are an individual seeking recovery or a community agency referring a client, our application process is designed to be clear and supportive. Please provide the details requested, and our specialist team will review your submission to determine the best track for housing and wrap-around support services.
Referral Eligibility
Track One: Sober Living
We welcome individuals who have completed primary treatment and are seeking a structured, drug-free environment. Eligibility is based on a commitment to long-term sobriety and active participation in community-based recovery groups. We accept self-referrals and placements from healthcare providers and community partners seeking reliable wrap-around service coordination for their clients.
Track Two: Youth Transition
Our youth track specifically serves young adults ages 18-24 who are transitioning out of the foster care system or facing housing instability. We focus on applicants prepared to engage in comprehensive life-skills training, financial literacy, and career development. Referrals are prioritized from foster care liaisons, social service agencies, and non-profit community partners.
