The NextGen program is designed specifically for young moving specifically through critical transitions into adult life.

We support young adults ages 18-26 who are transitions from foster care or treatment programs , as well any young adults navigating a life or houses crisis.

Our NextGen program exists to eliminate that cliff and provide immediate stability by combining safe housing with real-world accountability, peer mentorship, and life-skills development, ensuring you have a secure place to rebuild with dignity.

Daily Living Skills

NextGen provides hands-on guidance for cooking basics, cleaning, and laundry. We focus on effective time management and maintaining a safe, organized home environment.

Cooking Preparation Scene

Participants learn the fundamentals of budgeting and paying bills on time. We provide support in understanding rent and leases while helping you save and plan for future housing needs.

Money & Housing

Education & Employment l Readiness

We help you build professional resumes and guide you through the job search process. Our coaching includes interview practice and exploring various school or specialized training options.

Welder at Work

Emotional Support & Life Coaching

Develop essential goal setting, healthy boundaries, and relationship skills. We offer professional support for coping skills and provide a trusted adult for regular check-ins.

How Coaching Works: Coaching is delivered by community-based organizations and medial professionals. Every plan is tailored to individual needs, provided in a caring and non-judgmental environment.

A Typical Day At NextGen

Research shows that maintaining a structured daily routine reduces anxiety and builds the critical time-management skills needed for lasting independence. By staying productive through classes, career tracks, or connection, our residents establish a steady rhythm for lifelong success.

The Weekday Blueprint

7:00 AM — 8:00 AM
Foundation & Routine

Start with intentionality: personal care, shared chores, and setting daily goals.

9:00 AM — 4:00 PM
Growth & Productivity

The peak time for vocation, education, or specialized skill-building.

5:00 PM — 9:00 PM
Connection & Community

Group meetings and communal dinners to share wins and build healthy social bonds.

10:00 PM — 7:00 AM
Reflection & Rest

Wind down with quiet reflection, creative hobbies, and rest for a successful tomorrow.

The Weekend Experience

9:00 AM — 12:00 PM
Restoration

Deeper physical and mental rest. Slower starts for reading, meditation, or nourishing brunch.

📌 COMMUNITY NOTICE: To ensure a safe and predictable environment, a mandatory 10:00 PM curfew is observed daily.

Mandatory Curfew:
You must return to complex by 10:00 PM every night.

No On-Site Visitors:
Due to maximum security for all, there are no on-site visitors allowed. All visitors must be off-site. There is no exception to this rule. Non-compliance will lead to immediate discharge.

Active Engagement:
Daily participation in your school, work, or life-skills track is required.

Zero Tolerance:
Substance use, weapons, violence, or harassment of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Shared Responsibilities:
You are required to keep your bedroom tidy and complete your assigned communal house chores.

Quiet Hours:
Programs wide quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to protect everyone's sleep.

Sign-Out Process:
You must complete a routine sign-out plan with your coordinator before leaving for the day, weekend trips or overnight stays.

Mutual Respect:
Disrespectful behavior toward another resident's cultural background, faith, or identity is completely unacceptable.

Fill out our brief, secure online inquiry form. A staff member will review your form and reach out within 24–48 business hours to schedule an initial consultation call.

The Consultation & Interview

Participate in a phone or video interview with a staff member.

Step 3

Formal Review & Matching

Submit any required final documentation. Our team completes a final review to ensure maximum safety and compatibility for the whole community. Receive your official acceptance and schedule your move-in and orientation date!
